The objective
Showcase the advanced partnership of TCS with Adobe and the commerce potential that this offers for large, diversified enterprises.
The business case
Enabling airlines to increase the average value per customer in premium cabins (first and business class)
The experience
Users were taken through an experience starting in the business-class lounge to the in-flight experience in a business-class seat, followed by a highly immersive and interactive in-flight shopping experience, that drastically elevated in-flight shopping from what it is today. The experience successfully showcased the advanced incorporation of commerce opportunities in a manner that is smart, unobtrusive, intuitive, integrated and highly scalable.
What stood out
With the incorporation of voice, motion-tracking and a seamless movement from augmented to virtual reality experience, users were delighted by a quality of graphics and usability that far surpasses contemporary standards in AR or VR.
