During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Electrolux Group approached us to develop an innovative ecosystem of web and mobile applications to transform their event marketing activities into engaging virtual experiences. With the goal of maintaining strong connections with employees, channel partners, and key customers during a time of restricted in-person interactions, we designed and implemented solutions tailored to their specific needs. This ecosystem supported both Electrolux and AEG, their premium, high-end brand, ensuring the virtual experiences reflected the distinct identity and positioning of each. Due to the overwhelming success of these initiatives, they have become a cornerstone of the Group’s long-term marketing strategy.

Challenge

  5. Mobile Access Administration Application: This application empowered Electrolux employees to manage participant access at physical exhibition venues and track engagement effectively. Detailed analytics were provided, categorized by time, participant type, and meetings with prospects, delivering actionable insights.
